when I run utlu102s.sql utility to see whether all component status, it returns
Oracle XDK INVALID 10.2.0.2.0, How can I correct this problem so that it will be valid

directly after the compile error enter 'show errors'
Let no statement run until you see the errors. You need to see the bad part, not just that the job ended transaction okay.
Pay attention to what it says, post after you review it.
What it says is usually the answer, imagin that?!
complie as sys, or sysdba or someone that can complie XDX's set of database objects.
