I am installing Oracle10gR2 on Linux,opted to go for ASM instead of LVM,everything works fine but when i restart the PC it shows "Cannot find the system superblock" for the partitions which i assigned as ASM disk.
I faced this problem again and again but works fine with LVM.
Also installed asmlib and support as explained per the oracle docs.
