dear all,
i am having problem in insertion of records in perticular table when oracle start ups (first instance).
i have forms 6i and when oracle server get started at first
(8i) while inserting record in table i am getting error
as frm- 40508 and associated ora error - 600
oerr ora 600
00600, 00000, "internal error code, arguments: [%s], [%s], [%s], [%s], [%s], [%s
], [%s], [%s]"

// exceptions. This indicates that a process has encountered an

please help me as i am getting this error every morning.
