hi!
I have physical memory of 12 gb, i tried to put sga_max_size 2 gb, for oracle 9i on rhel 3.
The parameter kernal.shmmax is 2gb in /etc/sysctl.cong , but it gives error ORA-27123: unable to attach to shared memory segment
Any ideas.
